What is an adult problem that nobody prepared you for?

Managing finances. My parents were really bad at it and never taught me. It was never mentioned in school. Had to figure it out for myself when I started making meaningful money. But I got quite good at it.

Paying bills like what is that... They're like mob bosses. Don't have enough money for them this month, fuck u pay me, broke your leg fuck u pay me😆

I don't think I was prepared for any so-called "adult" problems. I had problems people insist are "adult" problems as a child, I think most children do. But when they try to talk about it adults who don't know how to deal with these problems they call "adult problems" shut them down and say, "no, you're too young to have feelings and thoughts."

Probably the way most jobs expect you to pick things up as you go, unless it's a crappy job, there's really no training involved. At my last job I kept notes everywhere because I couldn't remember how to fix a specific problem that only came up every once in a blue moon.

Not a single person told me how difficult it would be to decide what to eat for dinner every day.

Personally, I was prepared for mothing at all, everything I know how to solve was a by-product of fucking up, being absolutely boned, and then stumbling around finding a way out of it

The only thing I was ever taught was to work like a burro. The rest I’ve had to figure out as I go.

All the things that have to be done when dealing with a dead person. And there are A LOT.
