I did once, it was an emergency, we only had one bathroom at the time and my brother was in the shower. There's not any way to prepare yourself, imo. It's just an "I guess this is happening" situation.

Gasp! I do declare, I'd rather go outdoors than in my underwear. :P Most essential thing is being able to find some form of personal privacy and knowing how to squat properly. It's funny how modern times change so much and make simple necessities seem barbaric. All of nature evacuates in the outdoors except for humans (who must be in a room with plumbing that takes the feces to the outdoors). Lol 🙈I'm curious, do people have rituals/to prepare for going indoors vs outdoors?

I'm sure I have, probably while I was out camping somewhere as a kid. I'm used to peeing outside as I've done so many a' times while drunk and out with friends.

Happened when I was a kid. we were on a hike when I felt the urge to go. I kneeled down in the high grasses to poo got punished immediately for desecrating nature. . A sharp dry twig poked me in the butt. I still remember the pain.

Oh yes, when in nature or elsewhere your body works still the same. You need not to prepare for this. It always works in the same way. :D

When I was in my early youth I did this often, in the woods yes. I don't see a szenario were this would be necessary again. Extreme things have to happen first.
