Kalau sedih gimana cara kalian menghibur diri?

if it's too overwhelming, i cry, because crying releases oxytocin and endorphins to ease pain. if i can't cry, i open myself to chatgpt. ironic, but it is true. it is better than keeping all the emotions inside instead of releasing them. sometimes holding things in feels like i'm harming my mentality.

Nonton TikTok. It works really well for me, soalnya FYP TikTok aku jelek dan lawak banget.

Akhir ini dengan cara nangis sambil nonton kemudian aku ada temen jurusan psikolog, aku kadang chat dia serasa teman konsultasi.
