How do you guys deal with overthinking? (Genuinely asking)
I'm not the kind of person who likes to overthink things, but once I do, I just let myself think about it until I get the right answer to "why?" I have that kind of thought.
I'm going to check those 23 answers so I can deal with mine as well.
I usually just let it happen and think about what should I do next? What should I do to prevent it to happen? Or what should I do to cherish this current moment instead of spiraling into this draining thoughts? Aku biasanya kalau overthinking dan malas ngapa-ngapain, coba mulai lakuin hal simpel kayak bangun dari kasur dan duduk. Atau gosok gigi. It'll help. Then I can do things I love. <3
ajak temen ngobrol sih, tapi tanya dulu mereka nya mau diajak ngobrol atau enggak..
I deal with overthinking.. by just.. doing things, really. I'll try to keep my mind occupied so it doesn't try to overthink. If that makes sense? I mean, it's not the best advice, but i try my best to not think about something too much. Overthinking is pretty tiring.. and it kinda makes me anxious.

biasanya dari pada aku overthinking malah capek sendiri, aku milih untuk nanya langsung aja sih ke orangnya. soalnya aku selalu punya prinsip, yang kita pikirin tuh bakal lebih jahat lagi kalo gak kita make sure. nanti bakal lebih sakit jiwa lagi di aku kalau aku masih terus-terusan cuma bertanya-tanya. jadi biasa abis nanya, yaudah aku kaya hidup tampa beban lagi aja
