How would I know that you’re angry?
I'm not sure, I don't even know when I'm mad sometimes, because I'll be kinda mad (I think?) and be like, "is this sad????" And I watched so much PBS Kids so identifying the basic emotions should be a cakewalk, but nah. I have a plan though, see, my cat gets annoyed when I'm in the kitchen sometimes. I'm not sure why, but he sits on the counter and just gets MAD about it. So when he's mad and I walk by him, instead of making typical angry cat noises, he makes this adorable huff and puff sound. Anyway, I'm gonna start doing that when I'm mad just so everyone knows.
I don't wanna spoil things but people are always angry.
Watch my stone face. That is the easy version. Watch my fangs, next level, dangerous! Listen to my words expressing my utter disapproval. That last one is the point where you stand a chance to iron out the cause of anger.
I let out alot of expletives.. My voice gets really loud🤬🤬😡😡
But it actually takes alot to get me to that point nowadays😇
Online it's probably easier because I might randomly explode out with it one day. In person I think is more difficult, because I cover it up and have a disposition to not cause disturbances if at all possible. The times I've expressed anger in person, I don't feel better for it and feels like I'm throwing someone under the bus, I should apply that to online as well. Online I tend to be more expressive depending on the day.
I've spent my life trying to adhere to others, it doesn't work for me but what it has done is made me pretty easygoing with most things when I'm well, and generally agreeable to what others have to say, to the point of giving up my view. The day I don't feel any anger, triggers pricking at me or anxiety, I'll be free to go anywhere in life.
