I don't know, I've never had to do that before. It's always been a case of gradually drifting apart. Probably down to me not making enough effort to keep it going, because socialising is exhausting and makes me anxious.

I don't know. When it has happened is because the other person didn't put much effort in keeping that relationship so it vanished overtime. It's like slowly letting it die. 3 years ago.

I just stopped responding to them and blocked their number. Happened about a year or two ago.
