Do you consciously try to slow down your aging process or try to appear younger?

I moisturize. I turn pink and burn, so I wear sunblock, and try to stay in the shade when I can. But I was outside so much of 2023, I got burned anyway.

Im not trying to do either, other than just try to take care of my skin and my health. I’m not obsessive about it, though.

I bought some anti-aging cream, I think it was Olay?, a few years ago and used it a few times, that's about it.

No. I don't do anti-aging face creams, dye my hair or any of that stuff. I like the sun on my skin and actively pursue a tan. I really don't care about all that crap.

that’s not my goal but I’m sure my interests in staying active, health, skincare attributes to why people usually think I am 10+ years younger than I actually am.

One of the things that ages people fastest is the sun and 1) I rarely go outside esp in the day time and 2) when I do see daylight I'm wearing sunscreen so those two things will prevent me from wearing signs of aging. It's not a conscious anti-aging measure but it's a bonus
